As part of the Government UK Climate Change Initiative Programme, Loft Insulation Grants are available to ALL homeowners to cover the cost of having loft insulation, professionally installed in your home. Even if you are not entitled to a full grant, you can still receive a partial grant of up to 70%.

What is loft insulation?

Loft insulation traps heat into your home like a blanket.

Manufactured from naturally occurring and/or recycled raw materials, and bonded using a bio-based technology free from formaldehyde, phenols, acrylics and with no artificial colours, bleach or dyes added.

If your loft has not been insulated in the last 15 years it will most likely have less than the current government standard of 270mm (11”) and requires topping up.

Save around £150 every year on your heating bills and produce 800kg less Co2 after installing the recommended 270mm depth of insulation, if you are currently without. Save up to £45 a year and 230kg of Co2 after we have topped up your existing insulation.

Even bigger savings for coal and electrically heated and larger homes.

• Child tax credit where the relevant income is £16,040 or less.
• Working tax credit where the relevant income is £16,040 or less.
