Our products are sourced and delivered from multiple suppliers and locations. Your order may be delivered in separate parcels however we work with our suppliers to ensure that packaging waste is reduced as much as possible.

The delivery time will vary depending on the nature of your order and the supplier. Any variation from standard delivery time will be notified to you either upon placing the order or as soon as possible thereafter.  You can offset the carbon emissions from your delivery by emailing our sales team to purchase Carbon Action Points™ and thus entering into our carbon sequestration program.  You are automatically rewarded Carbon Action Points™ for all purchases from Energy Saving Warehouse.

Delivery times

Standard delivery time is three to five working days depending upon the size and weight of the item and the deliverer. Delivery times apply to items in stock only.

If you place an order for goods subsequently unavailable we will contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. If we are unable to contact you we will use our discretion and send you similar goods that are available, possibly a substitute or refund you accordingly.

Deliveries will normally be made on working days classified as Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Goods will be delivered to the specified address only.

Unless otherwise agreed, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. Delivery drivers are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods – please make arrangements for assistance.

Undeliverable goods

If the delivery company is unable to deliver the goods to you because there is no-one available to take delivery or the place specified is inaccessible for delivery or unsuitable to leave items, they will leave a card to let you know that they have attempted to deliver the goods to you. They will attempt redelivery within 7 days of the original delivery date or if by Royal mail, you may be required to collect the item you may be required to collect the item from the address they provide.

If the second attempt to deliver the goods fails, the goods will be returned to us and we will await your further instructions.

Delivery destinations

The majority of our products can be delivered throughout the United Kingdom, mainland only. Those products that cannot be delivered and require collection or special arrangements will be bought to your attention during the purchase.

We do not supply to overseas destinations.
