The Blue Angel

The Blue Angel is the first environment-related label for products and services in the world. Since 1978 it has set the standard for eco-friendly products and services selected by an independent jury in line with defined criteria. The Blue Angel is only awarded to products and services which - from a holistic point of view - are of considerable benefit to the environment and, at the same time, meet high standards of serviceability, health, and occupational protection.

Energy Star

ENERGY STAR is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) voluntary program that helps businesses and individuals save money and protect our climate through superior energy efficiency.

EU Ecolabel

The EU Ecolabel helps you identify products and services that have a reduced environmental impact throughout their life cycle, from the extraction of raw material through to production, use and disposal. Recognised throughout Europe, EU Ecolabel is a voluntary label promoting environmental excellence which can be trusted.

Fairtrade

The FAIRTRADE Mark is a registered certification label for products sourced from producers in developing countries. For a product to display the FAIRTRADE Mark it must meet international Fairtrade standards which are set by the international certification body Fairtrade Labelling Organisations International(FLO).

Forest Stewardship Council

FSC certified forests are managed with consideration for people, wildlife and the environment.

NF Environnement

The NF Environnement mark is the only official French ecolabel. It is overseen by AFNOR Certification and is recognised by the Ministry for the Environment.

Nordic Ecolabel

Nordic Ecolabel is the official Ecolabel of the Nordic countries and was established in 1989 by the Nordic Council of Ministers. The purpose of the Ecolabel is to contribute to sustainable consumption and production, and our vision is a sustainable society.

PEFC

With two-third's of the world's certified forest managed in compliance with PEFC's Sustainability Benchmark, the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification offers the widest supply of certified timber globally, providing companies with choice and availability.

Rainforest Alliance

The Rainforest Alliance uses the power of markets to arrest the major drivers of deforestation and environmental destruction: timber extraction, agricultural expansion, cattle ranching and tourism.

TCO

TCO Certified is an international sustainability certification for IT products. All TCO Certified products meet strict criteria for social responsibility at the facilities where the product is manufactured, user safety and ergonomic design as well minimal environmental impact for both the product and its production during the whole life cycle.
